1. Who we are

The Housekeeper (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a housekeeping and property maintenance company based in North Wales. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this website.

You can contact us at: bookings@thehousekeeper.wales

We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or any other tracking technologies on this website. No information is collected about your browsing behaviour.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

  • Respond to your enquiry

We do not use your information for marketing purposes, profiling, or automated decision-making.

4. Legal basis for processing

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), we rely on the following legal bases:

5. How we share your information

When you submit the contact form, your information is transmitted securely via Postmark (Wildbit LLC), an email delivery service. Your contact form submission is delivered to us by email. We retain that email, and any subsequent correspondence, for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, typically no longer than 3 years from last contact.

IP addresses collected for rate-limiting purposes are held in temporary server memory only and are automatically deleted within 60 minutes of collection.

7. Your rights
